Design Notes

In our subject, we get the pgsB sequenece by error-prone PCR of Bacillus genome, trying to improve the activity of PgsB protein.When we express the PgsB protein heterologously in corynebacterium glutamicum, we add Ptac promoter and a short RBS, which can be recognized by corynebacterium glutamicum. And simultaneously, we add T7 terminater used for stopping transcription in time.
